Will you over-value to win the instruction?
No. We will give you a range and explain what sits at each end of it, and we will tell you if another agent's figure is unrealistic.
How long is the contract?
There is no tie-in. Two weeks' notice, in writing, from either side.
Who does the viewings?
Someone from this office, always. We do not give keys to strangers.
